Cadenza is a real estate investment and advisory business primarily focussed on the Central East European and South East European real estate markets.  It specialises in large scale sustainable investment programmes and development projects, where it employs its extensive real estate corporate finance and project finance structuring skills, together with its mixed use development expertise.

Our Business

For 20 years Cadenza has invested its principal’s capital to deliver highly attractive investment and development returns.  It has also represented leading large scale cross-border institutional real estate investment capital across Europe.  We continue to look for major cross border real estate investors and large scale landowners to both represent and co-invest alongside, and are in the process of launching a number of new joint ventures and regulated fund structures across our target markets.
